Official Terms & Conditions for Fetch Deals provided by Fetch Insurance Services, LLC (“Fetch”). Fetch Deals are not insurance.
1. Program Overview
Fetch promotes the health and wellness of pets for policyholders through Fetch Deals, a non-insurance program that provides discounts, offers and promotions (“Deals”) from third-party brands and service providers (“Partners”) for the purposes of loss prevention and risk management. Fetch reserves the right to supplement or amend Fetch Deals Partners without notice and in its sole discretion. Deals may vary and are subject to availability and change without notice, and Partners may offer additional discounts, which may or may not be combined with Fetch Deals at the Partner’s discretion, throughout the year related or unrelated to the Deals program. Fetch is not compensated by Partners in connection with Fetch Deals program.
2. Eligibility
Fetch Deals is available to Fetch policyholders with active insurance policies and active policyholders are not required to take any action to enroll in Fetch Deals. Participation is subject to continued compliance with the terms & conditions of your policy and maintaining an active policy.

Fetch Deals can be accessed through your Fetch account online or in the Fetch App, or by calling Fetch at 866-984-0104 and verifying your policy number.
3.1 Partner Terms & Conditions
Partners participating in Fetch Deals agree to only provide discounts on products that promote the health and wellness of pets as per the policy provision, Care for your Pet, and as agreed upon per the contract between Fetch and the Partner.

When accessing Fetch Deals, you agree that Fetch and Partners may communicate with you via email, phone or SMS. By accessing and using Fetch Deals, you agree that Fetch may also collect and utilize information, including personal information about you, in accordance with Fetch’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.fetchpet.com/privacy-policy (the “Fetch Privacy Policy”). The terms of the Fetch Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and the Fetch Privacy Policy, the Fetch Privacy Policy shall control with regard to Fetch’s use of your information, and in all other respects these Terms & Conditions shall control. The Fetch Privacy Policy details how Fetch may use, disclose or share any information that is collected or otherwise received by Fetch when you access and/or use Fetch Deals – if you do not consent to Fetch’s use of your information as described in the Fetch Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Fetch Deals Program.

Fetch contracts and makes arrangements with, or otherwise gives access to, third-party Partners to provide products and services through the Fetch Deals program.
Fetch does not create, develop, or provide the products and services available through the Fetch Deals program. As such, Fetch disclaims any and all liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any defective products, services or related damages. Any issues or concerns should be addressed directly with the Partner responsible for supplying the product or service. Fetch Deals may not always offer the best available price or highest discount. All costs and charges related to rewards obtained through Fetch Deals are the purchaser’s responsibility.
