Mobile Terms & Conditions

Fetch, Inc. (Fetch) offers its customers mobile alerts regarding informational and account servicing text/SMS messages, such as claim updates and payment reminders. By enrolling with Fetch and providing your mobile telephone number, you are agreeing to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Signing Up

By providing your mobile telephone number to Fetch, you explicitly consent to receiving informational and account servicing text/SMS messages from Fetch, Inc. (“Fetch”) to the telephone number you provide. These messages are sent for your convenience and may include payment reminders and claims tracking information.

By enrolling with Fetch, you:

  • Authorize Fetch to use auto dialer or non-auto dialed technology to send text/SMS messages to the mobile telephone number associated with your account.
  • Agree to keep the mobile telephone number associated with your account current and correct.
  • Acknowledge that you do not have to agree to receive text/SMS messages as a condition of purchase.
  • Confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are 18 years of age or over.
  • Understand that you may update your contact information in our records by emailing info@fetchpet.com, or by calling Customer Service at 1.866.467.3875. To view and retain an electronic copy of these Terms, you will need (i) a device (such as a computer or mobile phone) with Internet access, and (ii) and either a printer or storage space on such device. For an email copy, you'll also need an email account you can access from the device, along with a browser or other software that can display the emails.
  • Acknowledge that Fetch may stop sending informational and account servicing messages at any time with or without notice.

Content You May Receive

Upon enrolling with Fetch, your message frequency may vary.

You may receive alerts about:

  • Account set up and changes
  • Pet insurance policy updates and changes
  • Insurance claim notifications and updates
  • Payment reminders

Charges and Carriers

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your service agreement with your wireless carrier or contact your wireless carrier to determine your phone's pricing plan and the charges for sending and receiving text messages. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any message, data or other charges incurred (usage, subscription, etc.) as a result of sending or receiving text messages from Fetch.

Text/SMS messages from Fetch may not be available on all wireless carriers. Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and other smaller regional carriers. Wireless carriers may be added to or removed from the aforementioned list at any time without notice. Fetch and mobile carriers are not responsible for any undue delays, failure of delivery, or errors in messages.

To Stop the Service

To stop receiving text messages from Fetch, Inc. text the word STOP in response to any of the text messages you receive from Fetch. After texting STOP, you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed.
