Meet Zendaya’s dog, Noon: the Mini Schnauzer stealing the spotlight

With 4 movies set to release this year, Zendaya's 2026 is off to a busy start. The actress' four-legged companion, Noon, doesn't seem fazed by the star-studded lifestyle. "He brings a lot of joy to all the sets we've been on," Zendaya shared. Noon accompanies his famous pet parent to everything from photo shoots for Valentino to press tours for her latest movie.

Noon: Zendaya’s “forever puppy”

At 10 years old, the black Miniature Schnauzer isn't just Zendaya's pet — he's what she calls one of "the key puzzle pieces to my existence." Zendaya has been open about how much the pup means to her since he first joined her family as a puppy in 2015, following the passing of her childhood dog, Midnight.

The name choice was both a tribute and a fresh start. "I've had him since he was a puppy, he's 9 years old now, and he's my forever puppy," Zendaya shared about their bond.

Zendaya’s partner, Tom Holland, has embraced his role as Noon's "stepdad" — he’s been spotted taking Noon to his Romeo & Juliet rehearsals in London's West End. The pup has become such a fixture in their life together that Holland recently revealed they've added a second dog, Daphne, to their family.

Life on set with Noon

While most dogs are content with walks around the neighborhood, Noon has traveled the world as Zendaya's constant companion. Zendaya admits she leans fully into the "Hollywood" dog-mom stereotype, providing him with a lifestyle that includes high-end meals and specialized vitamin supplements. “It sounds very ridiculous when I talk about it, but I love my child,” she said.

For Zendaya, having Noon with her isn't just about companionship — it's about protecting her sanity in a chaotic industry. But as any pet parent knows, life with dogs has its messy moments. There was a particularly unglamorous episode in Venice where Noon’s sensitive stomach caused a sidewalk emergency. “There is a picture of me, kind of looking a little bit glamorous, with a doggy poo bag in my hand,” she joked.

As she prepares to juggle roles ranging from the goddess Athena to Chani in "Dune" to voicing Shrek's daughter, one thing remains certain: Noon will be right there by her side through it all.
